1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Note This Down, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Service Description
Note This Down provides OCR transcription services that convert handwritten notes into digital text and save them to your Notion workspace. We strive for high accuracy but do not guarantee 100% accuracy in all transcriptions.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscription and Payment
Our Pro plan is billed monthly at €8/month. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our service. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our service or systems.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to your original handwritten notes and transcribed content. Note This Down retains all rights to our software, algorithms, and service infrastructure.
7. Limitation of Liability
Note This Down is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service, including but not limited to transcription errors or data loss.
8. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification or discontinuation of the service.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms and Conditions.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Note This Down operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the app.
