We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services, process your transcriptions, and communicate with you about your account and our services.
3. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. All image uploads are encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3. Images are processed in memory and are not stored on our servers after transcription is complete.
4. Third-Party Services
We integrate with Notion to save your transcribed notes. When you connect your Notion account, you authorize us to write to your selected Notion pages. We only access the specific pages you designate and do not read or access other content in your workspace.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Uploaded images are processed immediately and deleted from our systems within 24 hours. Transcribed text is sent directly to your Notion workspace and is not stored on our servers.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information at any time. You can disconnect your Notion integration from the app settings. To exercise these rights or for any privacy concerns, contact us at privacy@notethisdown.com.
7. Children's Privacy
Our service is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
