2. Account Creation and Access

2.1. To use NoteThisDown, you must have a Notion account and authorize NoteThisDown to access your Notion workspace through Single Sign-On (SSO).

2.2. By authorizing NoteThisDown through Notion SSO, you allow us to retrieve and store your name and email address associated with your Notion account.

2.3. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Notion account, as it provides access to NoteThisDown.

2.4. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate access to NoteThisDown at our discretion.

3. Free Trial and Subscription

3.1. New users are eligible for a 7-day free trial.

3.2. After the trial, continued use of the service requires a subscription. Subscription details and pricing are available on our website.

3.3. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the billing date.

4. Use of Service

4.1. NoteThisDown allows users to upload photos of handwritten notes for AI transcription and integration into Notion.

4.2. By using the service, you grant us a license to use the uploaded content for the purpose of transcription and improvement of our services.

4.3. You must not upload any content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.

5. Payments and Billing

5.1. NoteThisDown uses Stripe, a third-party payment processor, to handle all payments and billing.

5.2. By subscribing to NoteThisDown, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.

5.3. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the subscription fees on a recurring basis until you cancel your subscription.

5.4. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your chosen plan.

5.5. If we are unable to process your payment, we may suspend or terminate your access to the service.

5.6. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5.7. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Any price changes will be communicated to you in advance.

6. Acceptable Use

6.1. You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to:

• Uploading harmful or offensive content
• Attempting to access or interfere with our systems unlawfully

6.2. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

7.1. NoteThisDown is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

7.2. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of our service or any inaccuracies in the transcriptions.

7.3. Our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Changes to the Service and Terms

8.1. We may modify the service or these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to users via email or through the platform.

8.2. Continued use of the service after changes indicates acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Termination

9.1. You may terminate your access to NoteThisDown at any time via the respective cancelation option with the platform.

9.2. We may terminate your access to the service for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia.

10.2. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of NoteThisDown shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Tallinn, Estonia.

10.3. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
